Jennie has been a massage and wellness practitioner since 2014. She was born and raised in the Snoqualmie Valley and was an avid soccer player. She was drawn to a career in massage and wellness after realizing the benefits of treatments for her fellow teammates on the soccer field. She has a wealth of experience and training in various specialties ranging from massage therapy, cupping, and BioMat treatments, to Doula services and infant massage instruction. Her goal is to evaluate the needs of each client to make the most of each session and allow them to live as pain free as possible. Jennie is a big family person, she loves helping others, and is caring and compassionate about everyone. In her spare time, Jennie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and exploring the outdoors.

BENNETT HARGETT, LMT, CCT

Bennett has been a massage and wellness practitioner since 2012. He was born in Olympia, WA, grew up in South Carolina and moved back to the Pacific Northwest in 2008. He has trained as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) as well as a personal trainer but was inspired to become a massage practitioner after realizing his ability to help people with their pain symptoms, and facilitate healing. His goal is to provide a safe environment and an effective session that is not only relaxing but will continue to provide relief after the appointment. Bennett is an avid mountain biker and Jeep enthusiast. In his spare time, he likes to hang out with his family and friends doing anything in the outdoors from camping, to rock climbing, and exploring new trails on his mountain bike and Jeep.

Andria has been a massage therapist for 15 years. She was born and raised in Redmond, and has traveled all over the U.S. and still thinks the pacific northwest is the most beautiful place to live. She tailors her sessions to each clients needs and uses a combination of techniques such as myofascial release, deep tissue, hot stones, and cupping to help her clients achieve optimal results. Her overall goal is to help her clients heal and recover from injuries, relieve acute to chronic pain, and relax from daily stress so they can live a healthier life.

Katie Norris, LMT

License in Massage Therapy, Waubonsee Community College

Katie has been working as a massage therapist 3 years. She went to school at Waubonsee Community College, receiving her Massage Therapy Certificate, and started in Illinois as part of the opening team for Hand & Stone Oswego. After graduating from Aurora University with her bachelors in Athletic Training, Katie has moved back to Washington. She hopes to pair her Massage Therapy experience with her sports medicine education to treat the nontraditional athlete. She hopes to one day volunteer with an Olympic Team and wants to learn to massage horses. In her spare time, Katie enjoys yoga, riding horses, and watching sports.

Mackenzie Primack

Maternal Support Practitioner

 

Certifications/Modalities: Certifying Birth and Postpartum Doula with Bebomia Inc

From as far back as she can recall, Mackenzie has fostered amazement with, and appreciation of, birth and babies. Her goal is to become a Maternal Support Practitioner with a full spectrum of holistic care and knowledge to offer. As she continues the certification process, she plans to supplement her birth and postpartum care with evidence-based resources, mindfulness practices, delicious nutrition plans, and organization tips & tricks. She believes deeply in the power of preparation and the role of the mind-body connection… in the birthing space and in everyday lives! 

 

Along with maternal support, Mackenzie has an innate desire to leave the world a more beautiful and loving place through creating and offering unique pieces of art, curating warm spaces, and sharing presence with others. In her free time, she enjoys meditating, exploring, diving into a good Netflix series, reading, spending time with her loved ones, and challenging herself through experiences of perseverance and endurance in movement outdoors.
