Birth and Postpartum Doula
Jennie has been a massage and wellness practitioner since 2014. She was born and raised in the Snoqualmie Valley and was an avid soccer player. She was drawn to a career in massage and wellness after realizing the benefits of treatments for her fellow teammates on the soccer field. She has a wealth of experience and training in various specialties ranging from massage therapy, cupping, and BioMat treatments, to Doula services and infant massage instruction. Her goal is to evaluate the needs of each client to make the most of each session and allow them to live as pain free as possible. Jennie is a big family person, she loves helping others, and is caring and compassionate about everyone. In her spare time, Jennie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and exploring the outdoors.
Andria

Andria has been a massage therapist for 15 years. She was born and raised in Redmond, and has traveled all over the U.S. and still thinks the Pacific Northwest is the most beautiful place to live. She tailors her sessions to each clients needs and uses a combination of techniques such as myofascial release, deep tissue, hot stones, and cupping to help her clients achieve optimal results. Her overall goal is to help her clients heal and recover from injuries, relieve acute to chronic pain, and relax from daily stress so they can live a healthier life.

After beginning her professional career on the administrative side of healthcare, she is excited about working in a hands-on field - connecting with clients on a meaningful and personal level. Payton believes deeply in approaching health from a holistic aspect, with massage being an integral practice.
Born and raised in the PNW, Payton values spending time outdoors, having a good cup of coffee, and practicing yoga. Her naturally positive demeanor will serve her client's healing both physically and spiritually.

He was drawn to massage through staying active with sports and hiking and having a passion to help others. He strives to help others find their true potential for healing and health in each individual.
He welcomes all kinds of clients including pregnancy, athletes, injury or surgery recovery, pain management, or anyone who is looking to relax.
In his free time, he enjoys permaculture gardening, yoga, reading, and spending time outdoors with loved ones.

Bennett has been a massage and wellness practitioner since 2012. He was born in Olympia, WA, grew up in South Carolina and moved back to the Pacific Northwest in 2008. He has trained as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) as well as a personal trainer but was inspired to become a massage practitioner after realizing his ability to help people with their pain symptoms, and facilitate healing. His goal is to provide a safe environment and an effective session that is not only relaxing but will continue to provide relief after the appointment. Bennett is an avid mountain biker and Jeep enthusiast. In his spare time, he likes to hang out with his family and friends doing anything in the outdoors from camping, to rock climbing, and exploring new trails on his mountain bike and Jeep.

Edna is beginning her journey into the world of massage but has been
surrounded by massage healing since she was little. Edna's mom was a massage therapist and holistic healer in Mexico and helped bring holistic healing and wellness to their community. Edna strives to use her warm and quality touch in helping heal, relax and relieve pain or discomfort in each unique client. Being a kid at heart, she enjoys being with her family and
playing games. Edna is motivated by how her massages and healing touch will impact people's lives.

I am a skilled practitioner of massage therapy. I have my 200 hour yoga teacher training certificate and I received my Level 1 certificate in Fascial Stretch Therapy.
I graduated from Bellevue Massage School in 1999 and have continued to increase my knowledge of the craft since. I have spent years working side by side with chiropractors focusing on treatment work and deep tissue.
During my massage therapist experience, I learned a variety of remedial techniques in sports massage, cupping, lomi lomi, and lymphatic drainage in addition to some other techniques, which I utilize in my massage sessions depending on the requirements and preferences of the client.
I am a passionate student of my profession. I am always pursuing additional training in advanced techniques in the field of healing and wellness.

Monica is originally from Costa Rica where she worked as physical therapist. She moved to the Pacific Northwest 15 years ago. In the beginning of 2022, Monica decided to pursue massage school. She believes in listening to
individual needs of each client to provide the highest quality service. Outside of work, she prioritizes an active lifestyle through dancing,
spending time with her family, and enjoying a hot cup of coffee.
