We offer BioMat treatments (which can be a complimentary add-on service to your massage or a stand-alone therapy), Birth Doula Services, Infant Massage Instruction, and Placenta Encapsulation.
Cryo T-Shock Therapies
The newest member of our treatment therapy suite is Cryo T-Shock.
We welcomed this amazing machine in after trying it out for ourselves with great results.

From Birth Education to hands-on support, we have partnered up with Prepare the Nest to provide resources and support throughout the entirety of the pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.
What is a Doula and what do our Doulas offer in support?
Infant Massage Instruction
The ancient art of baby massage has been practiced by many cultures and is easy to learn ... and massaging baby will help you develop the loving touch you already possess! This class involves hands-on training in the positions, strokes and intents of baby massage. Infant massage benefits are both physiological and psychological for the baby and parents. It enables bonding between the parent and child, improves the baby’s muscle tone, digestive, circulatory and respiratory functions, increases stimulation to the nervous system, and encourages better sleeping patterns. Infant massage is suitable for all ages of babies starting as young as two weeks old, and it’s best to start massaging early.
In a 4 week course, you will learn how to massage your baby and provide him or her with a full therapeutic body massage.
Placenta Encapsulation
Placenta Encapsulation is an additional service provided by Jennie Mills.
Whether you are a Doula client or just need this service, she will assist you through the process.
Your placenta will be picked up from your place of birth or home and returned in capsule form within 24-72 hours.
Jennie follows the Traditional Chinese Medicine 'recipe' when encapsulating the placenta for the mother’s use.
This method of preparation retains some of the nutrients and hormones present in the placenta at the time of birth – to help the new parent with their postpartum transition – and preserve the energetic qualities of the life-sustaining placenta.
Jennie follows OSHA guidelines for the safe handling and disposal of human tissue in all stages of the process.
BioMat Treatment
Aside from offering BioMat treatments as an add on to our traditional massage services, we are happy to offer full treatment BioMat sessions.
