Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy can help to reduce pain, speed up injury recovery, decrease stress, and improve soft tissue and joint health through the manipulation of muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and connective tissue. Each massage will begin with an assessment of your concerns to decide the best approach for your treatment. Your comfort is our highest priority and we welcome your feedback and requests for changes at any time during your treatment with regards to the level of pressure, temperature, positioning, and even lighting and music. We also offer several complementary add-on therapies, click here to learn more. Please remember that it’s important to drink lots of water to flush out and remove toxins that are released during massage treatments.

Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue Massage is used to help release tight muscles and spasms in the deeper layers of muscle, connective tissue, and fascia that result from repetitive strain, lingering injuries, and misalignment. Therapists will employ a variety of techniques that involve direct deep pressure or friction applied across the grain of the muscle. Some people may be sore after deep tissue treatment since it breaks up scar tissue and adhesions, and resets muscle fibers to promote healing.

Energy & Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us. If one's "life force energy" is low, then you are more likely to get sick or feel stressed. Reiki is a subtle and effective form of energy work using spiritually guided life force energy that uses oils, stones, and crystals to help open and heal your 'chakras'.

Massage Cupping
Famously known by athletes around the world, this therapy involves the combination of massage movements and negative pressure with the use of a suction cup on the skin and a vacuum is created within the cup to draw the skin and underlying tissue into the cup. Adding this to your massage treatment increases blood and lymphatic circulation, which relaxes muscle tissue, draws stagnation and toxins out of the body and relieves pain. Hot Stone
Adding hot stones to your massage treatment helps to melt away tension, eases muscle stiffness, and increases circulation through the use of smooth, water-heated stones at key points on the body.
